Over Tonnage Disclosures and fees:

Municipal Solid Waste  $150.00 up to 1 ton

Construction and Demolition Debris $150.00 up to 1 ton

Please note: There will be a fee if you exceed the allotted tonnage limit with the dumpster you rented. The fill line is below the top rail, we may refuse to pick up the dumpster if the material is above the top rail as it is unsafe to transport. The driver may also remove and leave any debris onsite that is above fill line. Customer is still responsible for any/all additional fees/charges to bring the dumpster to a safe level for transport. Unauthorized container moving,  Attempted service, Relocation is a minimum fee $125.00. Fee of $30.00 per week after the first 2 weeks.

**Customer must call 2 days prior for any pickup requests, we will NOT pickup the dumpster(s) until/unless you notify us to do so.**

Disclaimer: Customer warrants that any location/access provided for contractors equipment is sufficient to bear the weight of all equipment/vehicles required to perform the service. Contractor is not responsible for damage to any private pavement or accompanying sub-surface or route reasonable necessary to perform the services herein contracted. In addition contractor shall not be responsible for damage to lawns, shrubbery or fences. Customer assumes all liabilities for damage to pavement/road surface, lawns, fences and shrubbery.

Due to the uncertain soil conditions and sub surface terrain, SalCorp Landscaping and Construction cannot be held responsible for any damage to customer’s driveways, walks, curbs, lawns, wells or septic systems. It is the customer’s responsibility to make SalCorp Landscaping aware of any underground utilities which might be affected by taking delivery of the container.
